Join the Twin Lakes Halloween party this Friday night on Scottie Circle. Come in costume at 6pm, and bring your appetite for hotdogs and fixings. At 7pm, the hay wagons depart taking the children trick or treating in the neighborhood. A bonfire and socializing follows. Twin lakes provides the hotdogs, bottled water and hot cocoa. If you would like to bring a side dish or dessert, that would be appreciated.
