The 2015 annual meeting had a great turnout of homeowners at the January 10 board meeting at Kearney Commercial Bank – nearly 50% of our homeowners attended!  President Warren Stevenson presented a review of 2014 achievements and led discussions on 2015 proposed activities. 

A new board was elected that includes three new members: Geoffrey Whitt, Darby Smith and Jami Phipps.  Returning members are Warren Stevenson, Kim Parker, Sharon Hanson and Dick Hassler.

The first board meeting will be held on February 10 at 7pm at the home of Sharon and Steve Hanson. Officers will be elected at this meeting. The meeting is open to any homeowner.
