Unfortunately, the recent heavy rains have left water that is ”toe-deep” at the shelter house and even deeper at the designated parking lot across the road. The fireworks people can’t drive up to the dam to do the show, and the Twin Lakes Drifters aren’t able to get their equipment set up, so we have to cancel the event. Because the weather is so unpredictable, we won’t be able to reschedule the party.  President Warren Stevenson will be returning all donations.
