The TLHA Board wants to send out a very special note of thanks to homeowner Jamie Phipps for coordinating the annual neighborhood garage sale that took place on May 20-21. Jamie coordinated the sale with several other nearby neighborhoods, set roadside signs in advance, and scheduled advertising, all of which combined with fantastic weather to make it perfect for the homeowner’s who participated. Several participants commented that they received more foot traffic at this year’s garage sale than every before, upwards of 70-100 visitors on the first day (Friday) alone!

We really appreciate Jamie’s efforts, as well as all of those homeowners who participated. We will try and plan the 2017 sale much farther in advance so that the date can be announced at the annual meeting and everyone can have plenty of time to prepare.
