HOA Board Meeting April 26, 2022

Attending: Jeff Hamilton, Rachael Hamilton, Dave and Angee Simmons

Location: Simmons’ home

Meeting Called To Order, approximately 7 pm

Topics discussed:

Resignation of Officers:

Jeff Hamilton resigned as HOA President and Rachael Hamilton resigned as HOA Secretary – effective immediately.

All tubs and paperwork belonging to the HOA in the Hamiltons’ possession were left with the Simmons’.

Jeff Hamilton will no longer volunteer to mow the dam either.

Meeting minutes were created so that HOA can remove Jeff Hamilton’s signature from the HOA bank account.

Russ Dickey will receive this promptly in order to remove the Hamiltons and all their personal contact information from all HOA Board websites, Facebook Administrator Rights, and the HOA Google Files.
