We are assuming that not everyone has had a chance to dispose of all their junk yet, so we will be requesting a second one in the morning. The 2018 annual homeowners dues are not due until February 28th. At a recent meeting, the Board made the decision to postpone the normal due date by one month because the amount has not yet been established.
