Homeowner’s Dues
Effective January 2019, the annual homeowner’s dues for the Twin Lakes Homes Association are $200 per year. The due date is January 31st of each year. Homeowners can pay via check at either the annual meeting or by mail, or electronically via PayPal. Please make checks payable to TLHA, and mail to PO Box 365, Kearney, MO 64060.
