There are a number of homeowners who have yet to pay their annual $200 HOA membership dues for 2020. Homeowners have the option of paying all at once or splitting the payments with $100 due by the end of January (it was extended to February 29 this year), and the final $100 due by June 30. The Board of Directors voted to extend the “paid-in-full” due date to July 30.
