The 2018 annual homeowners dues are not due until February 28th. At a recent meeting, the Board made the decision to postpone the normal due date by one month because the amount has not yet been established. As you may recall, the membership at the 2017 annual meeting voted for an increase in our annual dues, but the results of that vote were disputed by a homeowner, so we are repeating the process. In addition, it has become evident the small lake (and possibly the large lake) requires maintenance that may warrant a larger increase than originally voted on. 

The issues with the lakes and the amount of the 2018 Dues will be discussed and voted on at the Annual Meeting on January 20th, thus why the attendance of every homeowner is very important, or at least the return of the 2018 Proxy Voting Form.
